    Recap AMA With HUP.Life

On July 9th 2021, our community had a chance to welcome Harrison Jordan – Founder, CEO, and Chief Of HUP.Life to join in an AMA to give fruitful information about the key features and roadmap of HUP.Life – ($HUP) is building an all-in-one NFT Marketplace enabling socially conscious visual artists and collectors to authenticate their artwork, find copycats across the web, and buy, sell, and license their artwork through its copyright – while complying with international copyright and securities law. And every purchase of $HUP saves capybaras 🎗✌️
    Time: 17:00 UTC / 24:00 UTC +7, Friday, July 9th 2021
Airdrop: 100 BUSD for the best questions in the AMA..

Part 1: Project and Guest Introduction.
Question 1. Firstly, can you give me brief introduction about your management team and HUP.Life?
    Harrison Jordan:
HUP.LIFE is a capybara-themed project that is also building the world’s first platform for socially conscious artists to fully monetize their art NFTs through copyright.
We have an amazing team of law experts, marketing pros, as well as our Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product Donna Tremble. I am so lucky to have them on my team
Question 2: Please share a few major milestones of HUP.Life during its development process.
    Harrison Jordan:
We’ve run bounty and airdrop campaigns, raised over $10m in donations for capybara-related causes, had a successful token sale with the smart contract audited by both Certik and Haechi, and continue to roll out nee value for our token holders. We work hard every single day on this project and are here to answer any questions community members may have about the roadmap and our progress on it – we’ve hit our roadmap targets so far.
I’m also happy to announce we will soon offer high yield staking and liquidity mining on a partner platform. And that’s besides the auto-staking/passive rewards all $HUP holders get just by holding it in their wallet!
Question 3: Could you share with us your plan to expand locally as well as globally?
    Harrison Jordan:
We want to expand to countries around the world, to the full extent possible under copyright law. We will be engaging copyright law advisors to determine if there are any jurisdictions with rules that would prevent us allowing users from that jurisdiction. But we want to be as global as possible and enable as many people to use our platform no matter where they are from.
Part 2: 5 questions pre-collected by Twitter post.
Question 1: Does your project support staking program?if yes. how is your stake system work, what is the requirement for user if they want to stake in your platform @abutaaf
    Harrison Jordan:
We have auto-staking! Just hold $HUP and the number of tokens you hold should go up! We will also be announcing high yield staking and liquidity mining on a partner staking platform… so to answer your question YES we have staking.
Question 2: Where can I buy your $HUP tokens right now what is your current contract and how can I buy them? Will you have any other DeFI feature like staking, yield farm or NFT in the future? Can share a little about your roadmap? @DepzaiFill
    Harrison Jordan:
You can buy $HUP on pancakeswap. Hold on let me get the link
You can also buy it directly from Https:// without having to go to pancakeswap! The transaction still routes through pancakeswap.
Our roadmap is heavily focussed on building the NFT marketplace and we will have further updates weekly.
Question 3: High ETH commissions and the slowness of this chain are known to be a huge problem that will not be fixed anytime soon due to the ETH 2.0 delays. So why did you decide to develop Hup Life at ETH? Do you have plans to develop a cross-chain to function in BSC? @nayumdi_t
    Harrison Jordan:
We ARE in BSC, not ETH! We will have low gas fees indeed! Another plus of our platform
We love BSC and it’s proof of stake protocol
If there is one area we need to promote more it’s that we are on BSC and we will have low gas fees… but we will be sure to ramp up mention of that!
We are always exploring new options out there. Polygon looks attractive. But for now we are on BSC as it offers the best of all worlds at the moment.
Question 4: You say that visual artists get to authenticate their artwork while complying with international copyright and security laws, can you name a single International copyright HUP LIFE is working with? How did you forge this relationship with law offices to foster art authentication? @icabu_odani
    Harrison Jordan:
We are striving to enable artists to authenticate their work on our all in one platform through the use of third party APIs we plug into.
The United States is a unique situation in that it is the only country that requires FULL registration of a US Work with the government copyright office in order to sue a third party, so we will have to determine to what extent we can permit US artists. Our goal is to allow artists to authenticate their work without having to rely on filing with government copyright offices, which can take months to process an application.
Question 5: What role does the $HUP.LIFE token play in the gaming ecosystem that the new Standard for MMORPGs has? and can the $DIREWOLF token be adopted in the real world? @JJimmy44530894
    Harrison Jordan:
No clue what that second project you mention is! We don’t have any immediate plans for integrating with gaming platforms, but the fit is natural since our users will have the full bundle of copyright of certain artistic works, which could include characters that could be later placed in video games.
We’re always open to collaborating with gaming platforms and services – so if you know of any – get them to get in touch with us!
With copyright ownership, the possibilities are endless! You can put the art on tshirts, make it into a figurine, etc. These are all theoretical possibilities but we want to make them all a reality through the use of our platform at some time in the future.
Question 1: What is the plan to ensure sufficient liquidity on exchanges to fill market orders, especially as adoption increases and clients begin multiplying year-over-year? @Zuka1p
    Harrison Jordan:
We will be offering liquidity mining, to encourage lots of people to provide liquidity. We think it’s important that to support continued growth and confidence that it not just be us that provides liquidity. We wasn’t this project to be as people-powered as possible.
Question 2: Regulation is very important. Many projects are closed in many countries due to improper use of regulations and permits. To go global, how does your team address these issues? @tranvs
    Harrison Jordan:
Right now no one can mint art as we aren’t live yet. We are making sure that marketing is ALWAYS up to date and we are constantly going to be pushing marketing efforts so that we can go ahead and build a lot of attention and awareness around project. As you can imagine the more awareness we have around the project that means the more people will want to join. However we also want to make sure that we’re providing an incredible product as well.
    Question 3: @ChiefCapybara
If we buy $HUP, is there any tax? And how much does the tax cost? What is the function and use of $HUP tokens in the #HupLife ecosystem and where can I get $HUP tokens that I can give smart contracts to? @MughalMirza7
    Harrison Jordan:
8 percent tax! 1/4 burned forever, 1/4 sent to liquidity, 1/4 sent to holders for passive auto staking, and 1/4 sent to our Charity wallet. After each month, holders can vote on which capybara-related cause the accumulated funds go to.
Question 4: What are the security measures you adopt to ensure maximum security for your users so they can trust you? @thieutien17
    Harrison Jordan:
Security is top of mind as well as decentralization. We intend to obtain and use as little personally identifiable information as possible. For example users will be able to connect with their wallet and we do not intend on requesting users to input/generate a password
Question 5: Q) Many projects rug pulled and exit scam recently. Why should investors trust in this your project not to do the same? @R15X75
    Harrison Jordan:
We have liquidity locked and we have divided team funds into 11 wallets categorized by expense type (ie we have a r&d/tech wallet and a marketing wallet) so you can funds as they go out since they are recorded on the BSC blockchain.
